Returns / Exchange /Shipping Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving or purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (no makeup or deodorant stains, cigarette smell, pet hair, or stains), with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase ie order number, email associated with the purchase.

Please include your packing slip or order information with your return, there is a packing slip included with your original order. Including this information will assist us with getting your return or exchange processed in a timely manner.
We ask you ship returned clothes, shoes, etc. in a protected manner.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (food, plants, etc.), custom products (such as certain special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Non-Returnable Items (Sale & Gift Cards)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items (30% off or more are final ale and not eligible for returns.) No Exceptions.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will replace the item returned for the item you want. Please email email@example.com or call (605) 717-6854, have all of your order information available or provide the information in the email. If contacted we can hold the item you want, while waiting for your exchanged item to arrive. After the exchanged item is processed allow 1-2 business days for our team to process the exchange, and ship the correct item. If we are unable to get you the item you need, you will be issued store credit via online or in store.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be issued in store credit within 1-3 business days.

How Will I Receive My Store Credit?
Expect and emailed E-Gift Certificate for online purchases and in-store gift certificate (treat it as cash) for in-store purchases after your return has been accepted and processed. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.
